One of our favourite things to do in summer is have a picnic in the park across the street from our house. Weeknight dinners feel special when eating them outdoors, and whiling away lazy afternoons in the park is an indulgence that must be savoured during the summer months. Some meals are more ambitious than others, featuring fresh and homemade fare, while others involve picking up a few slices from the neighbourhood pizza joint and a couple of drinks from the depanneur. All are a special summer treat!
